I didn't want to leave, so can't recommend highly enough this hotel. The property was small, spent my time lovely here. The location was incredible, short walk to the highlights, beautiful gardens and the Hahei beach and Cathedral Cove. It also was to a fantastic restaurant down the street. The staff turned out to be amicable. The breakfast was awesome and delicious with smoothie, jams and bacon, greatly enjoyed what was offered.
